From my initial pre-appointment telephone conversation with Robert, I felt a sense of calm and very comfortable in opening up to him and divulging my innermost thoughts and feelings which led to my first hypnosis session!

 

I have many life wounds, so for me, it was difficult to identify where to start!

In the comfort of my own home via zoom Robert gently put me into an hypnotic state, which was strange as I felt fully aware and in control but also detached from my current being!

 

It transpired that my inner child has been one of my main blocks throughout my life, fear of rejection, low self worth and a lack of confidence were the result of these blocks! During my hypnosis Robert was able to lead me to a place, back to my childhood where I faced these fears and healed them. I was also able to feel the energy of my late husband coming through which was so comforting.

 

Amazingly, since my session I have felt a shift in my outlook on my future and life in general, I am also a lot calmer, I’m now able to love and value myself, plus I’ve found myself starting to listen to, trust and act on my intuition!

 

Incredible outcome - My only regret is that I hadn’t found Robert earlier in my life but I’m a big believer in ‘everything happens for a reason’ and I look forward to this new beginning.

 

I highly recommend Robert and Soul Wings Guidance, I will be returning for further healing sessions in the future.
